Canceling Your Order
You can cancel your order within 6 hours after placing it. After this time, we may have already started making or shipping your items.

Returns and Refunds
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. After 30 days, we consider the order accepted and can’t offer refunds.
When You Can Get a Refund
We’ll give you a full refund if:

- Your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Broken
- With the wrong design
- In the wrong size
- Made from different material than described
- As the wrong item entirely
- Different from what was shown on our website
Return Condition Rules
Your returned items must:
- Not be worn or washed
- Not be changed in any way
- Not have damage you caused
- Still have all original tags
- Be in original packaging
Note: Small loose threads that can be easily cut are not grounds for returns.

- Proof you bought the item
- Clear photos of the product
- Copies of emails with our support team
How to Return an Item

- Wait for our team to respond (2-3 business days)
- After approval, pack your items carefully
- Ship using a carrier that provides tracking
- Send us your tracking number or a photo of your return receipt
Important: Don’t send returns without our approval email first. We won’t refund unauthorized returns.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You must pay for return shipping. This cost is not included in your refund.
Getting Your Money Back

Lost Return Packages
